Vincent Chacon, President
Vincent is the President of CMP General Contracting, overseeing residential and commercial construction, internally performed HVAC work, and licensed manufactured home sales across Arizona. Originally founded as Complete Maintenance Pros, the company has expanded into a multi-division contractor known for reliability and professional execution.
Vincent brings over 10 years of practical experience and leads with a commitment to accountability, streamlined delivery, and long-term client relationships. His approach ensures customers are supported from concept to completion by one coordinated team.
Gina Chacon, Vice President of Operations
Gina is the Vice President of Operations at CMP General Contracting, overseeing daily operations, project coordination, and client communication across residential and commercial projects.
With a background in business administration, Gina ensures that each project runs efficiently from planning through completion. She focuses on organization, clear communication, and maintaining the high standards CMP is known for.
Her leadership supports a streamlined process, helping deliver a consistent and professional experience for every client.
Gilbert Ordonez, Superintendent
Gilbert is the Superintendent at CMP General Contracting, overseeing field operations and ensuring projects are executed according to plan. He manages crews, coordinates subcontractors, and maintains quality control on-site.
With hands-on experience in construction, Gilbert plays a key role in keeping projects on schedule while upholding CMP’s standards for workmanship and safety.
Jason Steadman, Operations Manager/Business Development
Jason supports CMP General Contracting by assisting with daily operations, project coordination, and customer communication while also contributing to business development and marketing efforts.
He plays a key role in maintaining workflow efficiency, supporting team execution, and helping expand CMP’s presence through client engagement and brand development.
